Dr. DeVries graduated with honors from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in biomedicine. He went on to complete his medical training at A.T. Still University’s Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, the founding osteopathic medical school established in 1892.
After medical school, he moved to Clearwater to complete a family medicine residency at Largo Medical Center, where he later served as an attending physician and helped train future residents and physicians. Dr. DeVries is board certified in family medicine and provides primary care for adults and families from his practice on North Belcher Rd in Clearwater.
